Appointment Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Our schedules are designed to allow adequate time for each service. Late arrivals may result in incomplete services, with no guarantee of full accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

• 48 business hour cancellation requirement with credit card on file
• $50 fee applies for cancellations made less than 48 business hours prior or no-shows
• Cancellations only accepted via phone during business hours
• Email, voicemail, and text cancellations are not accepted

Products, Gift Cards & Vouchers Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days in original, unopened packaging
• Opened or used products are ineligible for return
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• Redeemed vouchers are final and non-refundable
• 3% transaction fee applied to all refunds
• In-person requests only; no email, text, or phone requests accepted

Services & Prepayment Return Policy

• Services redeemable within 1 year of purchase
• No refunds on services already rendered
• All deposits are non-refundable with 1-year expiration
• Package promotional value valid 90 days from purchase
• After 90 days, original payment amount applies; must use within 12 months
• 3% credit card transaction fee on valid refunds
• Non-attendance forfeits deposit/package sessions

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, CareCredit, Bitcoin, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Referral Policy

Patients receive a $50 credit toward any service when their referrals complete treatment. No credit applies to voucher purchases by referrals.

Gratuities

Gratuities are optional and discretionary on all services.
