Topical numbing cream is applied 40–60 minutes before treatment, ensuring virtually no pain or discomfort during the procedure. Most patients describe a mild vibrating or scratching sensation as the microneedles glide across the skin.
Downtime is very minimal. Immediately after treatment, your skin may appear pink or red, similar to a mild sunburn. Redness, mild swelling, or tenderness typically resolves within 24 hours. Most patients return to normal activities the next day. Avoid makeup for 24 hours and sun exposure for a few days after treatment.
