Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment — do not wax, pluck, or use depilatory creams for at least 4 weeks prior, as the laser needs the hair root intact to be effective. Avoid direct sun exposure and self-tanners for 2 weeks before treatment. Arrive with clean skin free of lotions, deodorant, or makeup on the treatment area.
