Why We Require a Credit Card on File

We value your time and never want to make you wait. Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. When patients cancel without adequate notice or simply do not show up, other patients who could have been seen miss out on the opportunity.

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments require confirmation at least 48 hours in advance. Our office sends email and text reminders, and we also make courtesy calls 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Fee

A $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file if you fail to appear for your appointment or do not cancel with at least 48 hours notice.

Unconfirmed Appointments

If we are unable to reach you to confirm your appointment, we reserve the right to double-book the appointment slot, with priority given to confirmed bookings.
